Let It Glow 2021

There is almost nothing better than seeing thousands of twinkling lights on a cold December evening. Join us this holiday season by beautifying your home during our second annual Let It Glow: A Holiday Light Competition! The Johnston County Chamber, in cooperation with the sponsors we hope to procure, encourage you to deck your homes with lights, lawn ornaments, wreaths and more to help bring holiday cheer to families in Johnston County. You even have a chance of winning one of four cash prizes! Prize categories include Best in Show, Clark Griswold (most lights), Best Musical/Effects and the People’s Choice Award. The People’s Choice will be chosen by the public through an online voting system and you can vote as many times as you wish from December 3-26. Citizens can register their home online, which will be placed on a map for others to view and visit over the course of the month. (Only addresses will be included on the map, no names!) Registration (FREE) will be due by December 1st and homes must be decorated by the evening of the 3rd. Judges will come around Dec. 23rd-26th. Sponsorships are available at $500, $250 and $100.
