Educational Session 1: It’s Thursday, So Today’s Facebook Page Post Is About…Um, I Don’t Really Know
Sometimes all of the churn and burn on social media can lead you to look up one day and realize that your posts and content are “checking the box,” but are not really helping you meet any particular objectives. Or, if you are just starting out on social, you may be wondering how to make it count with limited time and budget. Avoid wheel-spinning! In this interactive session, we’ll show you how to create specific, focused social content that all tracks back to support your business or destination marketing communications goals.

Educational Session 2: Not Much of a Budget? Social Media Marketing on $50 per Month
The good news about social media is that the platforms themselves are free, so any business or DMO (Destination Marketing Organization) no matter its size can use them to connect with customers or visitors. The reality, though, is that in order to be successful with social, you WILL pay with your time and hard work. In today’s world of algorithms that control what your followers will see, even a little money spent wisely can ensure that the communications playing field stays level. We’ll talk about basic tools that don’t cost much, but will polish up your content and ensure that your posts aren’t lost on Facebook.
