Member Spotlight The Wildflower

This week’s Member Spotlight is on The Wildflower.

From the moment I drove up to the large, barn shaped venue, I was intrigued. Walking in, I was blown away! The vaulted ceilings, shiplap walls, and enormous chandeliers create the perfect setting for a wedding, party or family reunion. The hand-crafted barn doors that cover the entrance to the kitchen are artwork, and the bride and groom suites are decorated with Southern Oklahoma in mind, with a little glam for good measure. The venue holds approximately 200 guests, with an outdoor patio and bar that will be finished soon. Off of the kitchen that has an ice machine, refrigerator and dish washer, is a small laundry room. The small loft area above the front door features a large screen for pictures and videos, with speakers on either side – perfect for the several local proms that will be held at the venue in the coming weeks and the weddings that have already been booked for the upcoming spring and summer weekends. Venue rental includes 72” round tables, white chairs, 8-foot farm tables, access to the facility for portraits, the use of the suites for changing and hanging out before the start of an event, and the indoor/outdoor sound system. Other items for use (some at additional cost) include; an arbor, a wireless microphone, rustic decorations, a queen suite for overnight accommodations, RV hook-ups, and event design and coordination assistance.  Prices vary depending on the day and times needed, so contact Cassie Sallee at cassie.sallee@thewildflowerok.com for pricing and availability information. The location’s seclusion and scenery are hard to beat, so don’t wait, book now!
